My college application list totaled 10 schools at first. I spent many hours developing this list, considering several things like tuition, academic ranking, location/size, and my likelihood of acceptance. It's important not only to have a well-balanced list (safeties/targets/reaches), but to also genuinely appreciate each and every school. Don't apply just because you feel like it, apply because you love the school! And hopefully, you end up there :) I was accepted to my dream school NYU through early decision.
