I originally applied to 20 colleges, all of them reach or goal school except for one safety school. I applied to Princeton early action, but ended up getting deferred, which is why I applied to so many others. I ended up choosing to go to Yale after getting accepted into 8 schools and waitlisted at 3 others. I hope you can learn something from my essays!
