Math w/ CS & Music @ MIT! :)
Not gonna lie, I got incredibly lucky when it came to college applications. Throughout the whole process, one of my friends was a great mentor and honestly kind of a hypeman. They encouraged me to apply to Caltech's Early Action despite my reluctance and my self-doubt. One week later and two days after the EA deadline, I submitted my application, exhausted but faintly hopeful. To my complete amazement, I was accepted. Since Caltech was super high up on my list, this saved me the stress of having to apply for lots of colleges during the regular application season. Overall, I applied to five colleges: MIT, Caltech, Northeastern, UF, FIU and I was accepted to all of them! :)

My interview for MIT went atrociously; it was quite possibly one of the most embarassing experiences of my life. I genuinely believed it had completely destroyed any chances of my acceptance into MIT,
