My original college list was 21 schools with multiple safeties. I was the first in my family to attend college in over 2 decades, so I applied to as many schools as I could. I applied EA to a handful of schools and RD to the rest. I ended up not deciding until right before May 1st, so that I could tour every college I got into after hearing from everyone on Ivy Day.
