Studying Art and Design (and likely double majoring in CS or Business) @ MIT
i applied to uchicago, mit, and uva early. i ended up using my mit and uva (as well as uc system) essays for a lot of my supplementals for regular decision applications. i applied to stanford with an art portfolio and applied for a lot of vanderbilt's scholarships, as well as applying for bu's honors school (kilachand) and its scholarship, which all required me to submit applications early (in december-ish). i ended up getting deferred from uchicago, but then got accepted to mit the next day, so i decided to withdraw from uchicago. then i got into uva, but i had already been rejected by their jefferson scholars program, so i decided not to attend. after i got into mit, i was originally planning on applying to yale and brown, but it was winter break and i was too lazy to write new supplementals oops. i tried to withdraw from ucla and ucsd because i figured i wouldn't attend either of them over mit, but i ended up not being able to figure out how to withdraw from ucsd in time.
