Study Political Science with a focus on international security. Academic interests include geopolitics, energy and natural resources, and technology. Outside of school, I love to cook, read nonfiction, watch sports, and have great conversations. I’m from Spokane, Washington
My college application process was a time to be introspective and reflect on my life and upbringing. My advice is to treat this time as a time to reflect on the past 18 years of your life and what has shaped you and how that has contributed to your interests and passions. This way, your authenticity will show through your essays. Rather than a task to be completed (although college essays are very much that), try to treat this process as a milestone and exercise of reflection and introspection. After getting into Stanford REA, I cut down my college application list, which is why it is so small. In any case, I hope you enjoy and find value in my writings.
