Yale + CS + Environmentalism!
I'm a first-gen student from a low-income background, so navigating the college admissions process on my own was especially difficult. I didn't have any extraordinary national achievements and my SAT was on the lower end of the Ivy League average, so I truly believe it was my essays that conveyed my passions and interests in a way that academic scores couldn't. Crafting a strong essay to tell your story is crucial in the admissions process so I hope mine are helpful for you! Best of luck!
